- RBI: If the lender is a bank or regulated NBFC and does not resolve your complaint, you may approach the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 (cms.rbi.org.in).
- Unlicensed digital lending: Report unlicensed digital lending apps or lending entities to the RBI Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in).
- Consumer helpline: The National Consumer Helpline is available at 1915 and at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
These escalation channels are listed for your convenience. Please verify the current procedure and eligibility with the relevant authority or lender before filing a complaint.
